Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau and Power BI
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and anomalies in large datasets
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Optimize data collection processes to ensure quality and efficiency
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience in a corporate setting
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL preferred) and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Experience working with large datasets (100M+ records) in cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex findings for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating data-driven projects with measurable business impact
