Responsibilities
- Data Interpretation: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business strategies.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI to visualize complex data for stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in existing data processes and propose solutions to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to forecast market trends and business performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying), Python or R for data manipulation, and experience with BI tools.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences clearly and concisely.
- Tools: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data warehousing concepts.
