What You Will Do:
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise-grade security solutions, including firewalls, SIEM, and IDS/IPS.
- Conduct advanced penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to identify weaknesses before attackers do.
- Oversee 24/7 security operations, monitoring alerts, and responding to security incidents with rapid containment and eradication strategies.
- Develop and maintain robust incident response plans (IRP) and ensure compliance with NIST, HIPAA, and SOC2 standards.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in cybersecurity engineering, network security, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GSEC are highly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of network protocols, operating systems (Linux/Windows), and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) for automation and forensics.
- Strong understanding of threat intelligence, malware analysis, and reverse engineering.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
