Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and maintain advanced security solutions to protect enterprise assets against sophisticated cyber threats.
- Lead the incident response team in analyzing security breaches, conducting forensics, and executing recovery operations.
- Execute regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses proactively.
- Develop, enforce, and audit security policies and compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
- Monitor Security Operations Centers (SOC) for anomalies and conduct real-time threat hunting across hybrid environments.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices (DevSecOps) into the software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, information security, or a related technical field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or OSCP are highly preferred.
- Expert proficiency with SIEM tools (Splunk, Azure Sentinel) and endpoint protection platforms.
- Deep understanding of network protocols, cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP), and identity management (IAM).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical security concepts to executive leadership.
