Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) to detect and respond to threats in real-time.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Lead incident response efforts for security breaches and cyber-attacks.
- Enforce security policies and compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA).
- Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to integrate security measures into the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GCIH preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, incident response, or network security.
- Deep knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Proficiency with Linux, Windows Server, and cloud security (AWS/Azure).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
