Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and predictive insights
- Partner with product and marketing teams to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Develop statistical models to forecast market trends and customer behavior
- Present findings to leadership teams through clear, data-driven narratives
- Maintain data integrity and governance frameworks across all analytics projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and Python
- Expert proficiency in Tableau or Power BI with portfolio of complex dashboards
- Strong statistical modeling skills (regression, clustering, time-series analysis)
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Proven ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
- Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or fintech industries preferred
