Responsibilities
- Transform raw data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for key stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or PowerBI.
- Perform complex data modeling and execute advanced SQL queries to support business intelligence needs.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to identify trends, opportunities, and operational inefficiencies.
- Automate reporting processes and data pipelines to increase team productivity and accuracy.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or PowerBI.
- Deep understanding of statistical concepts, data hygiene, and ETL processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings for non-technical audiences.
