Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to track KPIs across clinical operations
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends in patient outcomes and optimize resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics with healthcare industry background
