Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced security controls including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection platforms
- Lead incident response operations for security breaches and conduct thorough forensic analysis
- Develop and maintain security monitoring solutions using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing of enterprise systems
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Stay current with emerging threats and recommend proactive mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior security staff and drive security awareness programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity operations
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in network security, cloud security (AWS/Azure), and threat intelligence
- Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms and EDR solutions
