Responsibilities
- Lead 24/7 incident response for critical security breaches
- Monitor and analyze SIEM alerts using Splunk and ArcSight
- Conduct forensic investigations and root cause analysis
- Develop/implement security automation using Python and Ansible
- Collaborate with red team on penetration testing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR standards
- Mentor junior analysts and document security protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with SOC/IR experience
- Certified CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs)
- Proficiency in threat intelligence platforms (Recorded Future, AlienVault)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP security services)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
