Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade security architectures for cloud/on-premises environments
- Lead incident response protocols and forensic investigations during security breaches
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across complex IT infrastructures
- Develop automated threat detection systems using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into DevOps pipelines
- Maintain compliance frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS
- Mentor junior engineers and drive security awareness initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with 3+ in senior engineering roles
- Certified CISSP, CISM, or OSCP with active CE credits
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) and security automation tools
- Demonstrated success in threat hunting and MITRE ATT&CK framework implementation
- Experience with zero-trust architecture and SASE solutions
- Strong communication skills for executive stakeholder reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
