Responsibilities
- Oversee 24/7 security monitoring for critical infrastructure systems during weekend and holiday shifts.
- Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents, malware, and phishing attempts in real-time.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential weaknesses.
- Analyze security logs using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) to detect anomalies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust security protocols.
- Document incident reports and maintain detailed security logs for compliance auditing.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, SOC, or Network Security.
- Active CISSP, CEH, or Security+ certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSI model, and network protocols.
- Proficiency with Linux and Windows command-line interfaces.
- Experience with SIEM, SOAR, and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts and be on-call for emergencies.
