Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications for our core platform.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues during the weekend maintenance window to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Collaborate with the Product Management team to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Optimize database performance and ensure data security across all systems.
- Participate in architectural planning for new feature deployments.
- Document technical processes and provide technical support to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3+ years of professional software development experience (Full Stack or Backend focus).
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of SQL and database management systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a significant plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday - Sunday) as part of the core schedule.
