Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts across enterprise networks, endpoints, and cloud infrastructure
- Conduct incident response investigations and implement remediation strategies
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on critical systems
- Develop and maintain security documentation, policies, and playbooks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls
- Lead security awareness training for weekend staff and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in cybersecurity roles with hands-on threat detection experience
- CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Experience with NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently during weekend shifts
