Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents in real-time using SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar).
- Conduct daily vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.
- Lead post-incident investigations, root cause analysis, and recommend remediation strategies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust security policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with IT engineering teams to patch vulnerabilities and harden network architectures.
- Stay abreast of the latest threat intelligence and emerging cyber-attack vectors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related technical field.
- Certification: CISSP, CEH, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with SIEM tools, EDR solutions, and firewalls (Cisco, Palo Alto, Check Point).
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, and network protocols.
- Demonstrated experience in incident response, threat hunting, and digital forensics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
