Responsibilities
- Lead threat hunting operations and advanced vulnerability assessments
- Design and implement robust security controls (SIEM, EDR, firewalls)
- Coordinate incident response and disaster recovery procedures
- Conduct security audits and compliance assessments (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Mentor junior security professionals and document security protocols
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on secure DevOps practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in threat detection/response
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or GIAC preferred
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network architecture
- Experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Strong understanding of zero-trust security models
- Ability to work independently in remote/hybrid environments
