Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection protocols across cloud, network, and endpoint environments
- Lead 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) rotations and incident response for critical breaches
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing using industry-standard tools
- Develop comprehensive security documentation and conduct executive-level briefings
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement of security frameworks
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on SOC, threat hunting, or incident response experience
- CISSP, CISM, or OSCP certification (required)
- Expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne)
- Deep knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat intelligence methodologies
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation and analysis
- Experience with AWS/Azure security services and cloud security posture management
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate complex threats to non-technical stakeholders
