We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Cybersecurity Analyst to join our elite security operations team in Seattle, WA. As a key member of our Information Security team, you will play a critical role in protecting our organization's digital assets from evolving cyber threats.

Responsibilities
- Monitor security events and alerts using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, ArcSight) to identify, analyze, and respond to potential cyber threats in real-time.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing support to identify weaknesses in our infrastructure before attackers do.
- Investigate and remediate security incidents according to incident response plans and industry best practices.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal security policies and external regulations such as NIST, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
- Collaborate with IT operations and software engineering teams to implement security patches and secure configurations.
- Generate detailed security reports and dashboards for executive leadership to communicate risk posture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity analysis, SOC operations, or threat hunting.
- Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, CEH, or GCIH are strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of network protocols, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and common attack vectors.
- Proficiency with security tools including FireEye, Palo Alto Networks, or similar next-generation firewalls.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure during security incidents.
