Responsibilities
- Lead incident response and threat hunting operations for enterprise systems
- Develop and implement security controls across cloud/on-premise environments
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect secure solutions
- Maintain SIEM correlation rules and security automation workflows
- Document security procedures and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Mentor junior security analysts and contribute to team growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations or threat analysis
- Industry certifications (CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+)
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR platforms
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and network protocols
- Strong understanding of MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities
