We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Cybersecurity Analyst to join our elite team in Raleigh, North Carolina. As a key player in the Research Triangle Park (RTP) tech hub, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our organization's digital assets and infrastructure against sophisticated cyber threats.

Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and events using SIEM tools (Splunk, Sentinel, or Elastic).
- Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Lead the incident response team during security breaches, coordinating with stakeholders and forensic teams.
- Implement and manage security controls, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint detection and response (EDR).
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance standards, including SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
- Develop and deliver ongoing security awareness training programs for employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GCIH are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in cybersecurity, incident response, or network security.
- Strong working knowledge of network protocols, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Proficiency with SIEM platforms, log analysis, and digital forensics.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical leadership.
