Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and events 24/7 using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) to detect and mitigate threats.
- Conduct incident response investigations and root cause analysis for security breaches.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and patch management for critical systems.
- Collaborate with the Threat Intelligence team to update threat signatures and playbooks.
- Generate detailed security reports and dashboards for executive leadership.
- Enforce security policies and compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, SOC, or Incident Response.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and endpoint protection.
- Experience working in a Night Shift environment is highly preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or GCIH are a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Ability to work independently during off-hours.
