Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response investigations and forensic analysis
- Develop and implement security controls for network infrastructure
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with NIST and HIPAA standards
- Create executive-level security dashboards and threat intelligence reports
- Mentor junior analysts and enhance team capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience
- Industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+)
- Expertise in threat detection tools and malware analysis
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols (Firewalls, IDS/IPS)
