Responsibilities
- Lead Security Operations: Direct the 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) monitoring, alert triage, and incident response workflows.
- Threat Hunting: Proactively hunt for advanced threats and vulnerabilities within the network using SIEM tools.
- Policy Enforcement: Develop and implement robust cybersecurity policies and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST).
- Vulnerability Management: Oversee annual penetration testing, red teaming, and vulnerability remediation cycles.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior analysts and conduct security awareness training for employees.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, SOC, or Information Security.
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar certifications are highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with SIEM (Splunk, QRadar), SOAR (Palo Alto Cortex), and Endpoint Detection (CrowdStrike).
- Tools: Strong knowledge of network security appliances (Firewalls, IDS/IPS).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
