Responsibilities
- Conduct 24/7 threat monitoring and incident response using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on cloud/on-premise environments
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Lead incident investigations and forensic analysis for security breaches
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Provide security awareness training and guidance to cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with focus on threat detection and response
- CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Expertise in SIEM implementation and threat hunting methodologies
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) and automation tools
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and containerization
