Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct forensic investigations on security incidents and breaches
- Develop and implement security controls to mitigate threats
- Collaborate with IT teams on vulnerability management patching
- Create comprehensive incident response reports for executive stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging threats and attack vectors
- Lead security awareness training for employees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on security operations experience
- Certifications: CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or GIAC required
- Expertise in network security tools (Firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Proficiency in threat intelligence platforms (Recorded Future, AlienVault)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a rotating on-call schedule
