Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize LAN/WAN infrastructures including Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba systems
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG, proactively resolving bottlenecks
- Lead complex network migrations and security implementations (Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS)
- Document network architectures using Visio and maintain compliance with ISO 27001 standards
- Provide Tier-3 support for critical systems and mentor junior technicians
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid cloud integration and Azure/AWS networking
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise network administration with Cisco CCNP/JNCIP certification
- Expertise in routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), switching technologies, and load balancing
- Strong background in network security (Fortinet, Palo Alto) and zero-trust architecture
- Proficiency in automation tools (Ansible, Python) for network provisioning
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Valid NC driver's license and ability to work on-call rotation
