Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection protocols using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response operations for security breaches and cyberattacks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across hybrid cloud infrastructures
- Develop zero-trust architecture frameworks for multi-cloud environments
- Maintain compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 standards
- Mentor junior analysts and drive security awareness programs
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations with 2+ in leadership roles
- Certified CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ required
- Expertise in threat intelligence, malware analysis, and network forensics
- Proficiency in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- Experience with security automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Python)
