Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced security controls across cloud/on-prem environments
- Lead incident response and threat hunting operations
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop security awareness programs for 500+ employees
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on secure CI/CD pipelines
- Generate executive-level security risk reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 2+ years in security operations
- CISSP, CEH, or OSCP certification required
- Expertise in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR platforms
- Experience with AWS/Azure security services
- Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
