Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) to identify potential threats.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to strengthen our defenses.
- Lead incident response efforts for security breaches and coordinate with external teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as NIST, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and awareness training programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security.
- Deep knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems, and cloud security (AWS/Azure).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex security issues.
