Responsibilities
- Conduct 24/7 security monitoring using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response and forensic investigations for security breaches
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and maintain security documentation (policies, procedures)
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls
- Stay current on emerging threats via threat intelligence feeds
- Manage security tools: firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR solutions
- Prepare executive-level security incident reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years cybersecurity experience (SOC, CISO, or equivalent)
- Active CISSP, Security+, or CEH certification required
- Proficiency in SIEM platforms and scripting (Python/Bash)
- Experience with NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Strong network security fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing)
- Incident response handling (IRP creation and execution)
- Ability to work rotating shifts for 24/7 coverage
- Clearable background check and US citizenship required
