Responsibilities
- Lead threat detection, analysis, and incident response for enterprise cloud environments
- Design and implement advanced security monitoring protocols using SIEM and EDR solutions
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across hybrid IT infrastructures
- Develop comprehensive security documentation and incident response playbooks
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize SOC workflows using automation tools
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Present executive-level security briefings and compliance reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in threat detection/analysis roles
- CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification required (CompTIA Security+ acceptable)
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security frameworks and cloud-native security tools
- Proficiency in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) for automation tasks
- Experience with NIST frameworks and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
