Responsibilities
- Lead threat hunting and incident response for enterprise SOC operations
- Develop and implement NIST-compliant security frameworks
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for secure cloud architecture
- Monitor and optimize SIEM (Splunk/Symantec) deployments
- Document security procedures and compliance reports
- Present threat intelligence to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in SOC/Security Operations with hands-on incident response
- CISSP, CEH, or GIAC certification required
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network protocols
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) and automation tools
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms (Mandiant, Recorded Future)
- Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain one
