Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection systems using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response for complex security breaches and ransomware attacks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across hybrid infrastructures
- Develop security awareness training programs for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with legal teams on GDPR/CCPA compliance frameworks
- Maintain SOC operations with 24/7 monitoring protocols
- Present security metrics to C-level stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in threat analysis
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or OSCP required
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network architecture
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation
- Experience with NIST frameworks and ISO 27001 standards
- Strong knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and threat intelligence platforms
- Excellent communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
