Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade security controls (SIEM, EDR, firewalls)
- Lead incident response protocols for security breaches and cyber attacks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop security awareness programs and train employees
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using Splunk and ArcSight
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with NIST and ISO 27001 standards
- Generate executive security reports and risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of cybersecurity experience with SOC operations
- CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Expertise in threat intelligence frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, STIX)
- Advanced knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network protocols
- Experience with SIEM implementation and threat hunting
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
