Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-wide security monitoring solutions using SIEM platforms
- Lead incident response coordination during security breaches and cyber attacks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across hybrid cloud environments
- Develop comprehensive security documentation including policies, playbooks, and risk assessments
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous security process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in SOC or incident response roles
- CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ certifications required
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security services and cloud-native architectures
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks and compliance requirements
- Experience with threat hunting using MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to communicate complex security concepts
