Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust network security architectures using Palo Alto and Cisco solutions
- Lead incident response coordination for complex security breaches and data compromises
- Conduct regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across hybrid infrastructures
- Develop and maintain comprehensive security documentation, policies, and playbooks
- Mentor junior security analysts and drive continuous improvement of security protocols
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in network security architecture
- Certified CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ required
- Expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and containerized environments
