Responsibilities
- Lead 24/7 security incident response and threat hunting operations
- Develop and implement advanced SIEM correlation rules for threat detection
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments on critical infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design secure cloud architectures
- Maintain compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS frameworks
- Generate executive-level security dashboards and threat intelligence reports
- Mentor junior analysts through hands-on training and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience in SOC environments
- CISSP, CEH, or GIAC certification required (GCIH preferred)
- Expertise in network security tools (Splunk, Palo Alto, CrowdStrike)
- Advanced knowledge of attack vectors and MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and containerized environments
- Strong written communication skills for documenting incident reports
