Responsibilities
- Lead 24/7 security operations center (SOC) monitoring and incident response for enterprise clients
- Conduct advanced threat hunting using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR platforms
- Develop and execute penetration testing plans to identify critical vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with cloud security teams to implement zero-trust architectures in AWS/Azure
- Prepare comprehensive compliance documentation for NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS standards
- Deliver security awareness training to client stakeholders and internal teams
- Research emerging threats and contribute to threat intelligence databases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in cybersecurity operations with SOC analyst experience
- Active CISSP, CISM, or CEH certification (required)
- Expertise in network security protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation
- Experience with cloud security tools (GuardDuty, Security Hub)
- Strong communication skills for technical/non-technical stakeholders
