Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide threat hunting and incident response operations
- Design and implement advanced security controls for cloud/on-prem environments
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
- Develop security automation scripts using Python and PowerShell
- Provide strategic security consulting to executive stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 frameworks
- Mentor junior security analysts through knowledge-sharing sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or GIAC (e.g., GCIH, GCFA)
- Expertise in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR platforms
- Deep understanding of MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization
- Strong analytical skills with ability to communicate complex concepts
