Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct threat hunting and incident response for APT campaigns
- Develop and maintain security playbooks for MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement NIST 800-53 controls
- Generate executive-level security dashboards and reports
- Lead incident post-mortems and remediation tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Cybersecurity or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in SOC operations or threat analysis
- Certifications: CISSP, Security+, or GIAC preferred
- Expertise in network forensics (Wireshark, tcpdump)
- Hands-on experience with EDR solutions (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne)
- Understanding of cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
