Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection protocols using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response coordination during security breaches and cyber attacks
- Conduct comprehensive penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
- Develop security awareness programs for 500+ employees
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor emerging threats and recommend proactive mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in threat analysis roles
- Certified CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in NIST frameworks and ISO 27001 compliance
- Advanced knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with EDR solutions (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne)
- Strong analytical skills with SIEM correlation rule development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
