Responsibilities
- Lead incident response investigations for security breaches and cyber attacks
- Implement and manage advanced SIEM solutions (Splunk/Symantec)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop security automation scripts using Python/PowerShell
- Monitor and analyze network traffic for malicious activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security architecture
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and HIPAA standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience
- CISSP, CEH, or GIAC certification required
- Expertise in threat detection and incident response
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proficiency in security automation tools and scripting
