Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure using AWS and Azure.
- Automation: Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates using Terraform and Ansible to streamline deployments.
- Containerization: Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers for microservices architecture.
- Security Compliance: Enforce security best practices, perform vulnerability assessments, and ensure compliance with industry standards (SOC2, HIPAA).
- Monitoring & Maintenance: Implement robust monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana) and manage incident response processes.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Enhance and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab CI to automate software delivery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with software development teams to define technical requirements and resolve infrastructure challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Cloud Engineer or DevOps Engineer.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and Azure (VMs, Storage, Key Vault).
- IaC: Strong proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
- Containerization: Proven experience managing Kubernetes (EKS, AKS) and Docker.
- Scripting: Advanced scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Networking: Solid understanding of networking concepts (VPC, VPN, Load Balancing, DNS).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
