Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, wireframing, and prototyping to define and deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Translate customer needs and business goals into high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to ensure design consistency and usability.
- Iterate rapidly on designs based on user feedback, A/B test results, and business metrics.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure scalability across all digital products.
- Ensure all designs are accessible, responsive, and adhere to WCAG guidelines.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer or UI Designer.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design processes and case studies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, ProtoPie) and HTML/CSS basics.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability testing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
