Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Assist with network monitoring, security protocols, and system updates
- Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and solutions
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex issues
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification training
- Support hardware/software deployments and asset management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required

- Basic computer literacy and problem-solving aptitude
