Job Overview
In this role, you will act as the bridge between human intent and machine understanding. You will design, test, and optimize prompts that drive high-quality outputs for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Model Optimization: Develop, refine, and iterate on complex prompts to maximize the accuracy and coherence of AI outputs.
- Research & Testing: Conduct rigorous A/B testing on prompt variations to evaluate performance and user satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Partner with Data Scientists and Software Engineers to integrate AI capabilities into product features.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive guidelines and documentation for internal prompt engineering best practices.
- Feedback Analysis: Analyze user interactions and feedback loops to identify areas for prompt improvement.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of the latest developments in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and generative AI trends.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical writing, data analysis, or a related field.
- Technical Background: Strong understanding of how Large Language Models work, including their strengths and limitations.
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot AI responses.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Tools: Familiarity with Python, SQL, or other scripting languages is a significant plus.
