Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, high-performance cloud architectures on AWS/Azure/GCP
- Automate deployment pipelines using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Optimize cloud costs and performance through continuous monitoring and tuning
- Lead migration projects from on-premises to cloud environments
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement security best practices
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Cloud security certifications (CCSP, AWS Security Specialty, etc.) preferred
- Proven ability to optimize cloud infrastructure costs by 20%+
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
