Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, clean, and perform statistical analysis on large, complex datasets to identify meaningful patterns and business opportunities.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive, high-quality dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
- Reporting: Prepare clear, concise, and actionable reports and presentations for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and business units to translate business requirements into data-driven technical solutions.
- Modeling: Perform statistical modeling and A/B testing to support product optimization and forecasting.
- Integrity: Monitor data pipelines and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of all organizational data.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python or R.
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and Excel (VBA, Macros, PivotTables).
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
