Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on major platforms including AWS and Azure.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates using Terraform and Ansible.
- Implement and enforce security best practices, identity management, and data protection protocols.
- Collaborate with software development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize resource utilization.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Lead migration projects to modernize legacy on-premise systems to the cloud.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or SRE.
- Strong proficiency in AWS or Azure, including EC2, S3, VPC, and IAM.
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Expertise in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for automation.
- Experience with configuration management tools like Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.
- Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing) and virtualization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
