Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management tools
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and implement fixes
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test scripts based on requirements
- Perform regression testing and smoke tests for new releases
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality metrics
- Maintain test environments and test data integrity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and tools (Selenium, JIRA, Postman)
- Experience with regression, integration, and usability testing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of SQL and basic scripting (Python/Java)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
